why do people never complain?

I would like to be more concise about the title. It is a query by which I try to shake some minds. Some of you may say that I did not come with new things; they are right in regard to what happens today whether at the local level or at the international one. For example, science has proven and still does that there will be more prosperities and chances for everyone in this world unless there is an inherent deficiency or more accurately weakness such stupidity, impairment, and fear in individuals.
     But in response what to this point of view how can we guarantee that every citizen in this  happy animal farm may have a chance to get the access and gates by analogy to one citizen  in Japan, or any other given developed countries
